Here at The Soil Project, we offer a community, supportive learning environment and co-design curriculum, resources and network in Asia to self-directed, experimental learning and apprenticeship programs that range from academic research, sustainable education and lifestyle to co- creating enterprises via social entrepreneurship support self-development and social transformation. Our "no-wall classrooms" located in Vietnam and other thriving locations in Asia and Africa, it is the international collaboration among regional schools, communities and organizations.
At The Soil Project , we believe that education needs to be reimagined and reinvented to serve our personal needs and the society in the 21st century toward creates freeman/happy people contributing to high well-being society and sustainable communities. Therefore, we have created new approaches and our own philosophy, educational goals, content, learning methods and even credentials to serve this purpose.

Our primary purpose is reimagining higher education toward holistic, affordable, personalized and practical education for seeds (learners) who has a sense of purpose, deeply understand themselves, radically transform the world through their entrepreneurial actions.
OUR EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY
​SOIL EDUCATION: PROVIDING FOUNDATION & NURTURING WITH NECESSARY RESOURCES
Soil Education: The Soil Project believes that education likes breeding and nourishing a growing tree of soil which does not interfere or shape the trees. Soil is responsible for creating a basement (holistic learning & basic knowledge) for trees and supplying sufficient nutrients (resources) so that they can grows by their own ways.

Self-directed Learning: In self-directed learning, the individual takes the initiative and the responsibility for what occurs. Individuals select, manage, and assess their own learning activities.
Democracy Education: brings democratic values to education and can include self- determination within a community of equals, as well as such values as justice, respect and trust.

Human education: The object of education must be human and respect, create free human beings. Education must be in life and emphasize on individual cultural and traditional factors.
Connection in Education: To be aware of interdependence of everything, The Soil Project will also be emerged basing on a connection to establish an educational ecosystem.

Education in the 21st century and paradigm shift: Education in Industry 4.0 and in 21st century, focus on entrepreneurship and sustainability toward a new paradigm of sustainability and regeneration in the future.
